The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. When the battery goes completely flat, or is disconnected, you just need to reset the Security System which is done via the Remote Fob.

it is probably not gearbox oil. it is probably transmission fluid because it travels through the radiator cooling tanks. the cooling tanks may have a leak causeing the fluids to leak into the radiator.

it is not necessary to re-program the PCM after injector replacement.

using this kind of oil is ok but for high mileage engines it's not recommened
