How doe one change these bulbs? Does it require the removal of the front head light? Any suggestion or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
At the bottom of the bumper where the plastic fender well liner meets the bumper there is a 10mm screw. Remove this screw. Using a screwdriver, insert it between this plastic fender liner and the fender and use leverage to pull the fender liner back just enough for you to get a hand in there. It's flexible enough and won't break on you. You can now reach the bulb socket near the top of the front of the fender. Change the bulb, bend the fender liner back and put the 10mm screw back in. Total time: 15 minutes or so.
Under the fender remove 3 nuts in front pull back on fender guard should be able to stick your hand in there twist the blub socket pull out and change it

There are no visable screws holding them. The turn signal bulb is virtually impossable to reach from the back. It appears that it will require the headlights to be removed to do this. If so are there any secrets to removeing the headlights.
Look at the turn signal lens, see if there are screws holding them, if they are, remove the screws and remove the signal light assembly, after removing, you can replace the bulb by removing the socket at the back of the lens assembly.

The
process for replacing tail light bulbs is the same in all models. If
you have a burnt-out tail light bulb, you may need to replace the
brake light, the reverse light or the turn signal. The procedure to
replace each of the bulbs is the same.
Instructions
1.
Open the Hummer's rear swing gate. This will expose the edge of the
vehicle's tail light assembly. You'll see two small Phillips head
screws that hold the tail light assembly in place. Put on your
gloves.
2.
Remove the two screws from the tail light assembly. Pull the tail
light out and inspect the back for two bulbs. The top bulb is the
brake light and turn signal. The bottom bulb is the reverse bulb.
Determine which bulb you need to replace.
4Push
the replacement bulb into its socket firmly. Insert the socket back
into the tail light. Turn it clockwise to secure it in place.
5Place
the tail light into its cradle. Hold it with one hand and replace
the Phillips head screws with the other.
