Check fuses. Didn't fully understand the Question so if your saying that the brake light comes on but the reverse light does not. If it is in the same spot then it would be a 2 part bulb and one filament has burned out so the bulb still needs replaced. If it not the bulb then check fuses. One of those will most likely be your problem. good luck.

I recently tried
the DIY service and repair manuals from a website and it actually helped me repair transmission problem in my jcb 3cx site-master. It would'nt move forward or reverse, engine was good both solenoids for forward and reverse worked, but still couldn't diagnose the problem.
I don't have much technical knowledge but I just followed it step-wise, and now it works perfect! covers wiring, codes, diagrams, torque specs, PCV, everything
got it from www.reliable-store.com

Break lights and tail lights will not come on. Both sides. I replaced the bulb.

Brake light fuses should be in the "fuse box" under the hood.

My reverse lights dont come on while in reverse and i dont need to have my foot on the break to shift out of park.

Yes it could be a relay, but it could also be two isolated problems. The shift will have a switch inside to send a signal either through a relay or directly to the reverse lights. I would suspect the switch. The switch itself may be good but it is not being depressed for some reason. The brake also has a switch. It may be working for the break light but not for lock out of the starter.

Indicator light comes on when breaking

check your fuses first.but check the indicators are working first .then check for codes.as it can be break in the wire ,bad hazard switch .or bad indicator switch .or bad relay.need to test each part first.

None of my tail lights work. i changed the bulbs, tail light control board and fuses. I'm an electrician so i need a wire diagram of a 1996 chevy suburban

Your solution is a new combination switch,It also sounds like the hazard are activated and is non operation interfering with the brake light, but either way the solution is a combination swith

I have the left and right blinker figured out. I also have the parking lights and the reverse lights. Coming from the truck the black wire is parking Blue is reverse Yellow is driver blinker and green is...

"Brake," not "break."

Without knowing the year make and model it is impossible to be specific.

But I can say this: Many cars use the same filament (and therefore the same wire to the socket) for the brake and turn signal. That filament is on steady while your foot is on the brake, and the turn signal is not being used. Turn on the turn signal, and that filament is disconnected from the brake-light system by the T/S switch, but is connected by that switch to the T/S flasher.
