THis wknd I just changed out the Valve Cover Gaskets as well as every other gasket in the cover. Connected everything and now when I go to start my engine it sounds like the started is going, the belt turns but the engine will not turn over. I am at a loss. I believer it is either not getting fuel or spark and just looking for anyone who may be able to help. Thanks
If the belt is moving , the engine is turning over
what you are trying to say is that it is cranking but not starting
I would be checking wire connectors for the cam position sensors , injector wires and any other connection s around the area you have been working
make sure that you have not caught a wire under a cover

See the cover, there are 8 or more screws, maybe one or two connect to a small part, but all of them should be on the cover, just loss all of them, you will get the cover out, before you change the gasket, clean the surface of both side, cover and the head, then use the grease instead of glue.slowly and make sure it is stright to cover it and screw back, do not make to tight, it is going to break the gasket and also do not maker too loss, it will be leaking. you have to do just right.

I don't have experience with this engine but guess you won't have to remove it for valve cover gasket work but perhaps can lift it a bit [not by hand!] after loosening engine mounts.

Removal of the plenum is pretty straight forward. You will need to replace the plenum gasket after you remove it; the gasket is not reusable. Personally, if I was going to take the trouble to remove the plenum, I would replace the plugs and wires back there, also.
I know, I have a 93 Camry V6, and it is a real pain to do the plugs and wires with the plenum on. There are no secrets or great tips on the plenum removal, just take your time.
