If you got a 2001 & up likely the fuse box is in the hood.look on the driver side there should be a little gray box filled with neon yellow & green fuses. the look like memory cards for a cell phone
I would agree with checking the window motor could be shot.
Before taking your door apart, first locate the windows fuse, their are 3 different locations for fuses open your front doors look at the side of the dashboard and you will see a door on both sides pull them off and locate the window fuse, also their is another fuse box under the hood .

the only way to answer that is to pull the inner door panel off and jump 12V right to the regulator motor. If it runs, then it is the switch, if not then you need a new regulator. The regulator however has a moving part, being the motor. moving parts wear out faster. And 10 years is about the lifespan of a window motor, and the driver's door gets the most use so it usually dies first. So the default setting is to do the regulator.

cb means circuit breaker, and I have never had one of these fail.. I have replaced hundreds of window motor/regulator assemblies, and several door switches for this problem also, remove the door switch and check for power with a test light, this will tell you if the breaker is bad, you can also check for power output from the switch at the same time..
