The fuel pump relay gets power from a 30amp fuse that also powers the ASD relay. I think the fuse is marked with the letter D. You may have to check the 30amp fuses to see if any are blown. You can also jumper the pump relay.
install a fuel pump guage and check pressure at key on and start, it should hardly vary, it the pressure is constant check the injector signal with a noid light, while you are at it check spark(no spark no injector signal) you won't find a relay fuse
cartrigde type is locted at the top of the crossmember just forward of the gas tank on driver side of the vehicle,,,,,,,,non cartradge type located on front of the fuel tank..

ALSO OIL Sending Unit Supplys the GROUND To Fuel Pump , This is A Saftey FEATURE that Shuts Down Fuel If ENGINE Looses OIL PRESSURE . And If This OIL Sending Unit or also Called (OIL PRESSURE SENSOR) << If It FAILS it WILL Cause What Seems Like A Fue Pump Problem But Is Rally Just The Sensor that is BAD.
