My 1992 beretta 3.1 will run fine in cold but sometimes it will miss and wants to shut off around 1500 rpms changed throtle senser and crank senser and map senser im runnin out of ideas and no check engine light eather??
I agree with roseracin638. coil packs fail with age due to the many hot/cold temperature cycles they endure. they can develop temperature-dependent "shorted turns" internally, which which rob sparke energy. a weak spark will often prevent the engine from revving very high, and misfires will occur.
Well typically a coil pack is very common to go on the 3.1!!
