My guess would be the battery. When was the last time it was replaced or serviced.
Batteries are rated in CCA (Cold Cranking Amps). When it is cold out the battery has to work harder to start the Jeep, in addition to battery having lower Amperage.
So your battery might not have enough CCAs to turn the Jeep over on those cold mornings.

In cold weather my 1998 jeep grand cherokee won't start.Battery and alternator changed.
Same problem...no problem starting up during the summer but once the outside temp drops then it takes forever. An auto repair shop told me today that it was a problem with the PCM and it would be $700-$800 to do the job. When this problem started last Fall I had a tune up, and the fuel pressure regulator changed....didn't work. Any ideas about the PCM? Thanks!

in cold temp. my 2005 jeep does not want to start. i turn the key to hear a clicking sound in the passenger floor board and check engine light comes on. then from 5 to 25 tries it starts. what could this be?
You may have a loss of pressure in the fuel system overnight.
