I assume you are looking for the test port for the fuel system?
If so you will not find a schrader valve. You will need a banjo style test fitting that will replace the banjo bolt that holds the fuel line to either the fuel filter or the fuel rail. you will then be able to attach a pressure gauge to the fitting and check fuel pressure.

This is true of my 1990 honda civic. I found the banjo bolt/schrader valve adapter on e-bay by searching: banjo bolt M12 X 1.25 mm thread
OEM sells a fuel pump testing kit for about 70 US Dollars, and it also includes the above mentioned banjo bolt adapter. I was able to borrow one of these kits from the local autozone here in Albuquerque NM at no cost save for leaving a deposit which was fully refunded when I returned the kit.

I believe the schrader valve for checking your fuel pressure can be seen looking from the passenger side of the engine. It is on the fuel rail, which is installed between your lower and upper intake manifold sections, about the center of the fuel rail.
Hope helps (remember rated this) Good luck.
