Hey There!,
I have a 92 civic hatch and when I attempt to accelerate from low rpms the car hestitates really bad, but intermittently...like it jitters until the rpms get up and its completely fine...this only occurs when the engine is hot (not when I first start it)...also when it's hot and I come to a stop and it's idling I can feel it stuttering every once and a while....the severity of all of this stuttering and hesitation is completely random but it will happen everytime I accelerate from low rpm. I've changed my distributer cap and rotor and checked the plugs and wires and the engine is not running rich or lean so I'm pretty sure it's not a fuel problem. I've re-soldered the Fuel Main Relay to take care of the engine stalling when starting issue. I'm at a loss here....perhaps it's the Idle Air Control Motor? It hunts for idle when it's cold to...when it warms up its fine...I'm wondering if these issues could be connected?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I have this same problem with a 2001 civic... Have you found a solution?
It was the spark plug wires....two of them were broken somewhere along the lines...did a resistance test and found that out. Replaced the wires and it's running perfect.
