O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2

Code 141 is for a problem with the heater circuit for the O2 sensor bank one sensor two.
Code 36 is for the same issue.
Bank one sensor two is the sensor after the cat converter. The circuit would need to be tested.
The O2 sensors have a heater built in to make them work faster during engine warmup.

all you have to do is follow the exhaust from the manifold back and you will come to the sensors. bank 1 O2 sensor is on the bank cylinder 1 is and bank 2 O2 sensor is located on the bank cylinder 2 is on. the first sensors you come across is sensor 1 then the next sensor you come across sensor 2 and so on. so you can have a sensor code like bank 1 sensor 2 meaning the sensor on bank one but the sensor is the 2nd sensor in the exhaust.

Hello: Bank one is the side of the engine that #1 cylinder is located. That should be the drivers side. Sensor 2 is behind the catalytic converter.

P0137 refers to the second oxygen sensor on the car. It means the O2 oxygen sensor's voltage remained low for longer than 2 minutes. Bank 1 Sensor 2 is located to the rear of the catalytic converter. This rear sensor's signal is less active than the signal produced by the sensor closer to the manifold. However, if the car senses the sensor is inactive, this will set off the check engine light as well.

Replace that second sensor and it should cure your problem.

O2 sensor, bank one sensor 2

The code will tell you which O2 sensor it is.
The code will point to either bank 1 sensor 1; bank 1 sensor 2; bank 2 sensor 1; bank 2 sensor 2.

From what I remember with a focus, it should only have 2 sensors, sensor 1 will be located before the cat, and sensor 2 will be located after the cat.
