Shuts off when it starts it runs like a kitten for about 10 min and then shuts off and sometimes it starts rate away and sometimes it may take an hour...

Ok we have to find out whats missing when it dies. Meaning is it spark or fuel, you are going to need some equipment to diagnose this you will need a spark tester or something to verify spark to the spark plugs. and a fuel pressure guage to see if you have fuel pressure when its "dead"
you cannot find out whats wrong if its running you have to wait until it WILL NOT START then do your diagnostics, get everything ready and wait for it to fail and hook up your spark tester and try to start it and see if you have spark on at least 3 cylinders at least one on each bank, if you have spark fine. if not let me know.
If you have spark and it will still not start check fuel pressure it must be at least 38 PSI and reach that reading within 1 second as soon as you turn on the ignition.
If you have fuel pressure and spark while it WILL NOT START then wemove to test the computers ability to pulse the fuel injectors but lets cross that bridge when we come to it.
