First place to go is the fuse box. Looks like you've got one loose fuse. Remove the fuse for the instrument panel cluster.Inspect both the fuse and the socket it's in. Clean or replace as necessary.

if your speeking of none of the insrument light illuminating, but headlghts work, then it's the headlight switch that's bad,the headlights will go out very soon though, it basiclly stages down, partial burnout starting with insrument panel. not too hard to change though. abt 50 bucks for the switch give or tk a few
you will have to remove the insrument cluster and check the plugs, wiring,and all contacts to make sure that they are clean and secure.also if you have a control knob for the brightness of the lights on the console i would check that first as this is a fairly common problem.

Make sure the DIMMER Switch on the left of the dashboard was not turned OFF inadvertently, it happens a lot while wiping the board clean, if OK, check the INST. LIGHTS 10A fuse located on the passenger side under dashboard.

SOUND LIKE LIGHTNING SHORT OUT THE INSRUMENT GAUGES.CHECK GAUGES FUSE.IF ALL IS GOOD.YOUR DASH CLUSTER OR GAUGE PROBABLY DAMAGE BY LIGHTINING.NEED TO BE REPLACE.TAKE IT TO DEALERSHIP.LET THEM CHECK IT OUT FIRST.BECAUSE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER IS NOT CHEAP.
