You may have a faulty fuel pressure regulator.Pull the vacuum hose off the regulator and if any fuel runs out then replace the regulator.

It's possible but not very likely unless there has been a recent removal of the injectors and new O rings were not installed.
I suggest that you take the vehicle to the closest AutoZone and have them perform a fuel pressure test and a full diagnostic scan. Both are free of charge.
It's possible that you have leaking fuel line or fuel pressure regulator. The pressure test will enable you to evaluate both possibilities. Incidentally, replacing O rings, fuel lines and pressure regulators are fixes you can do yourself.
