If it's like my 1989 Caddy Seville - it's under the distributer cap.

just have a look you will be able to see them easy enough they will be part of the shock absorber at the top behind front wheel

There should be some YouTube videos on GM lock and switch replacements including the linkage.
There is a gear the lock cylinder turns that moves the rod.

when you switched over did you put compressor oil into the system?

I have seen the cars in a pullapart salvage yard, I have a 89 seville. 88,89,90,91 part will interchange on some models.

Replace the brake hose. It has collapsed on the inside and the outer casing is holding pressure on the caliper.

Check the vacuum hoses that connect to the cruise servo for leaks.

Its under the battery, you can see it from underneath car. What is wrong with car? I have a service manual.
