there is no turn signal flasher or relay, its a combination switch, but there is a fuse, in the fuse box under the dash, the fuse isn't mark well, but says;
BACK TURN (4WD-AT)
if you have a gl-10 this fuse also controls power windows, i had this same issue where my turn signals and my power windows stopped working (but my hazards still worked) and changing this fuse fixed all my issues
Under the hood, there should be a relay box. It will be located near the battery (usually) or on the driver side. It is usually a small black rectangular or square shaped box; lift the top, and look inside the top for the layout (diagram/map) of the relays. Here you will find where the starter relay is at.

If you can't hear the fuel pump when you first turn the key to "on", then it's not working. ANd if you have spark, then your problem is gas. Change fuel pump.
I imagine you have found it by now but just in case, the fuel pump and filter are mounted on the underside of the frame just ahead of the left rear suspension.
