You could have a couple of different things that could be wrong. There is no separate fuse for just the low beams except right or left side. If both of them are out it may be the switch itself or the bodt functune controller. I would test the switch first. In the steering column where the turn signal/headlamp switch plugs in. there are 3 plugs going to that one switch. Find the one with 6 wires going to it (see picture below) and when you should have the low beams working, check to see if you have power coming out through the number 34 part of that plug. The wire should be dark blue in color. If no power, then the switch itself is bad and needs to be replaced. If there is power going through it there is a lot more testing that needs to be done from there up but start whith this and in most cases this is your problem. I hope this helps.
The low beam portion of the bulb is probably burnt out. change the bulbs
