Yea , what's your question ? Doesn't start an run , only when you spray starting fluid into the engine ? You do or don't know what lean codes are ? Did you check the electrical circuit for fuel pump . Amperage draw test etc.... Check fuel pump relay ! Videos on youtube testing fuel pump electrical circuit . Did you change fuel filter ?

if it only starts when you add starting fluid then you have a fuel problem. the filter could be plugged the fuel pump may need to be replaced you may not have power or ground to run the fuel pump, you may have a bad fuel pump relay. the starting fluid replaces the fuel that the engine is not getting

If your engine turns over, its not your starter, so im not going to include the location for now. If it turns over, but don't start up, then its either an igniton or fuel problem. First thing I would do is have the fuel pressure checked. If the pressure is ok, then move on to the igniton system. If you don't want to have the pressure checked, or if the pressure tests low, you will have to spend the money and buy a new fuel filter, and/or fuel pump relay, and/or fuel pump. Igniton system consists of the coil, ignition module, sparkplugs, plug wires, distrubter cap and rotor button (if your car has one, as some may not).

No. your problem is in the transmission not your engine, flush transmission fluid and put new fluid is good idea to change the filter too. good luck.

Have you checked the fuel pump relay?

Have you checked your injector pulse? Also check your fuses. What engine does it have?

Have you changed the fuel filter? Did it die while driving, or just wouldn't start? Don't use starting fluid on a gas engine! It will cause a lot more problems than it solves. Ether, starting fluid is made for diesel engines... not gas, not ever. If it won't start, it isn't lacking ether. It's lacking gas, air or spark.

sounds like it could be plugged injectors or a timing problem.
