Window whipers will not stop going off and when i turn the car off they are stuck in the upward possition

The wiper arm isnt able to go all the way down and make up the limit switch. So the computer thinks something is wrong and cycles the wipers again. This continues until the ice is gone, wipers go all the way down to the resting position and can stop.

the master window lock switch is stuck on the off possition test for power in and out, remove and replace

when they do not work turn the key to the run position, the vehicle does not need to be running, and the wipers set to high speed whack the wiper motor with the handle end of a large screwdriver. if the motor starts to work replace it.

Sounds like your have a bad auxiliary heater relay switch another relay with the same part niumber in the fuse box this will tell you if its bad or not

this could be caused by a bad whiper motor or a bad whiper motor switch. check for voltage at the whiper motor itself, if you do have voltage at the motor then the motor is bad.

lift up arms to the stop then pull little tab on side of arm this should keep arm off glass. now just wiggle back an forth

Initially, try to determine which fuse goes to the power window. Check and replace if necessary.

In brief for a temporary remedy just to have the window closed: remove the triangular cover at the top front of the door behind the mirror, there should be a screw there; remove the trim around the door handle another screw, remove the cover of the courtesy light at the bottom of the door, there is another screw behind that; soon as all the screws are out, lift/push up on the door panel and pull off. This would grant you access to the mechanism controlling the window. You can try closing by manually turning the motor.

Thereafter, pls determine if it is the motor or the switch(es) has failed. Replacements are available here.
