CHECK THE FUSE FIRST. THEN CHECK FOR POWER AT THE BLOWER MOTOR IF YOU HAVE POWER THERE THEN THE BLOWER IS BAD. IF NO POWER CHECK FOR POWER GOING INTO THE BLOWER RESISTER. IF YOU HAVE POWER IN AND NO POWER OUT THE RESISTER IS BAD. NO POWER TO RESISTER THEN SWITCH IS BAD. HOPE THIS HELPS BILL.
I had a similar problem on my '05 Altima. It turned out to be the Blower Motor Resistor (also called blower motor amplifier in some places). It's easy to get to near the passenger's feet. Check to see if you are getting voltage to this point. If so, it's either the resistor or the motor. Careful ordering this part though. The catalog will list either manual or automatic. The parts look different so compare the photo to what you have. My altima has manual temperature control but takes the "automatic" blower resistor.
Check the direct connection to the blower motor. Check the fuse. Sometimes you can try to put it on high and try hitting the blower motor to see if turns on. It may also be the blower switch or the blower itself.
