HAS SPARK AND FUEL,,,STILL NO START
Replace the coolant sensor NOW!? Its causing a flooding condition as evidenced by wet plugs that short out when flooded. Blip the starter and see if raw fuel is blown out as another indication of a flooded condition. In cases of flooded engines, holding the gas pedal to the floor shuts off the injectors during starting to clear out the cylinders.
The brass replacement sensor will cure flooding and many other engine/transmission issues.
Make sure the injectors are working. Take a voltmeter from the positive wire on the injector with the key turned on, but not cranking the engine. You should see around 3-4 volts. Then have someone crank the engine. You should see 0 volts. The injector works when the solenoid is grounded and pushes the pintle open. Try that one out. Maybe also crank the engine for a little bit and then pull the spark and see if you smell fuel on the spark plug. Just hope that the engine did not get hydrolocked from all of the rain.
replaced the coolant temp sensor,,still no start,,,will start sometimes but backfires throught exaust and when it dont start,,,it is flooded

how many miles on your truck , if you have high miles200,000 + need to check timing chain and gears , compression , are the spark plugs getting wet with fuel ( this will indicated wether or not injectors are firing ) Do you have a scanner available , and are you getting any codes .

May have no spark due to a bad crank sensor, which is responsible for spark when it gets a pulse through the cars' computer.

Yes It does. There are (or should be) toggle switches to reset security alarm. However, the ignition hot lead passes through the security relay contacts. This relay may be the culprit, in that if it does not pull when ignition key is turned; The start relay will not pull disabling fuel pump and spark.

sounds like the anti theft is on
check dash lights after key on for 30 secs if security light still on then time to look in manule failing thet call dealer as you might need a re program
