There are three of them(assuming coolant fan) and they are located in the under hood electrical center. Left(dr) front corner of engine compartment.

Locate the main fuse block. This bank of fuses and relays are located in the end of the dash on the driver's side. Behind the panel is a bank of fuses and relays. On the inside of the cover is a schematic of the bank of fuses and relays.

Find the items at numbers one and two on the map. Number one is the relay/flasher for the stop and hazard lights. The other relay/flasher is for the turn flasher, backup light and daytime running light.
Note the two relays/flashers. Turn on the turn signal and use your finger to check for clicking or buzzing while the turn signal is supposed to be blinking. Turn off the turn signal and check the other relay/flasher for clicking when you turn on the emergency flashers.
Buy a replacement for the bad relay/flasher. Take the bad one with you to the auto parts store to ensure that the one you purchase is correct.
Replace the new relay into the receptacle and close the main fuse box cover. Check the operation of the turn signal and emergency flashers to confirm that you have fixed the problem.

Show location for 1991 chevy camaro cooling fan relay

Need to know what engine. If its a v-8 I believe it is by the hood hinge on the drivers side or by the radiator on the drivers side. look at the fan wire colors and match them with the relay if your not sure.

98 Camero overheats when driving slow or stop, ok

You need to get the cooling fan checked,it may need a temperature sensor, fan relay or the fan motor may be burnt out.You can check the fan by running your own power and ground to the plug that comes out of the fan motor, unplug it and put the ground to the black wire and positive power to the other one,if it works then the next step would be to check the fan relay. The most common problem if the fan doesn't work but can be made to work with jumper wires is the temperature sensor, you can check it by unplugging it and jumping the wires in the plug.If the rad fans work then you are down to either the water pump or a plugged radiator,a rad shop should be able to narrow it down for you.
