JUST HAD AN OIL CHANGE, IT WAS FINE FOR TWO DAYS THEN I PUT IN GAS AND WAS RUNNING FINE. I PARKED IT FOR A FEW HOURS AND WHEN I STARTED IT AND TRIED TO DRIVE IT STRUGGLED TO GET GOING AND THE SHAKING BEGAN. I DID FIND SOME OIL IN THE AIR FILTER HOUSING BUT ASSUMED IT WAS FROM THE OIL CHANGE WHEN THE TECH CHECKED IT I FIGURED HIS HANDS HAD OIL ON THEM. BUT LOOKED INSIDE AND SEE OIL INSIDE.
I know it sounds silly but i would be checking oil level to see if its been overfilled. this will cause problems like you have. The engine is probably shuddering because if oil is getting to the air cleaner it is probably in the combustion chambers as well and reducing the sparkplugs ability to perform under load. Quite possible a hose was not reconnected or has come loose giving a vacuume leak which could also cause a problem. Check for these things and see how you go.

have your spark plugs, coil pack boots checked for moisture,on many ford water will accumulate around plugs, expeually if it has rained recently.
SOURCE: check engine light on, car shakes while in reverse, stalls ...
You need a code scanner hooked up to find out what is causing the light ot come on. Some auto part stores can do that. Once the code is retrieved, they can tell you what sensor is causing it.
