SOURCE: code needed for Pioneer radio serial number PNB0125214

Take your radio out (Using an Allen wrench) there are 2 little doors on either side of your radio. Back out the recessed allen head screws till it stops and withdraw the radio out. Disconnect the radio wiring(no need to worry they only fit one way) take the radio to the dealer with your Reg. or title and ask the service advisor for the code. (they might try to charge you for the code. But just complain and say" that you have had many bmw and you've been comming to the dealer for parts for years now and it that how you treat me"!) that should get you the code (If you are a woman then wear something tight & Skimpy) same effect. put the radio back in and input the code...

You should be good to go.

SOURCE: Need to input my radio code on 2005 Honda Civic

ok your radio displays ERR , OK 3 options let it sit for an hour turned on , to reture to CODE display , or pull the radio fuse out for a minute and put it back in , returning to the CODE display , or disconnect the battery for a minute , returning to the CODE display . you got the ERR display because the code was wrong or not entered correctly , make your choice of getting the radio back to the CODE display by 1 of those 3 choices , while the radio displays CODE , use the preset buttons , if the first number of your code is 4 , then press the #1 preset button 4 time , when the first number has been input , put the 2nd number in by pressing the #2 prest button , if 2nd number of code is 8 , press the # 2 preset button 8 times till the # 8 is displayed , and so on . you see where this is giong ? when you have entered all the numbers correctly you will have you radio back . when you say you have the radio code , good luck ! were rooting for ya .

My 1994 BMW 740i only cranks and never runs.

Have you run the fault codes first as it may not be the fuel pump. Find out what is faulty before you spend good money on what is not faulty.

My battery died in my 735i, 1988 bmw. my radio stopped working. it shows 'code' on the radio. my code is 1545. i input it but nothing happens. what is the correct sequence to get it working?

If the wrong code was entered too many times the system locks itself out and you must wait approximately 30 minutes before you attempt to input the code. It is important that in this time that the radio is on, and that you don't attempt to enter the code. If this doesn't work I would verify that you actually have the correct code. The code is not written anywhere on the radio as it comes from the factory, however there is a serial number on the back of the radio that allows the dealership to retrieve it easily.

Input radio code into BMW 318i E30

Take the radio out. copy down the serial number. Call bmw dealer and they will give you the code.

If you've tried to enter the code once, and put in the wrong code there is a 90 minute to 3 hour wait to try again. the key has to be on Accessory for this amount of time to enter it in again.

It is a 4 digit code. after you see the display of the radio readout "code" enter the 4 numbers in and bingo...........tunes again.

I need to enter a code to reset the radio

Hi!
You don't need to take the vehicle to the dealership, just the vin number registration document/title proof of ownership and identification. They should be only too glad to give you the code for a small fee I guess.
Hope this sorts it? Please press the Blue Button for My FREE! advice. Thank You!
