Your car isn't like the old kind of flasher relays. You have a flasher module and below is a picture of its location. I hope this helps.

I've looked at your answers to my question but i am getting conflicting answers...where exactly is the turn signal flasher located on a 2001 Kia Spectra GS?

If it is the flasher module you are looking for it is found on the underside left hand part of dash! What is the problem? The Kia models had a recall for the flasher switch being faulty! This was on 1998 models but I have heard similar problems on 2001/2002 models!

2001 kia rio turn signals wont work? relay has been replaced and fuse is not the problem. the turn signals will blink up to 3 times then turn off. the hazards are doing the same thing. what should I do?

What about the flasher? Sounds like your turn and hazard are one and the same flasher unit. It would be located under dash, possibly on your fuse box.

How to locate and replace the flasher relay. the turn signals and hazard lights wont work.

The flasher module is located behind the left side of the dash. (See Picture below)
On your vehicle, the power for both the turn signals and the hazard flashers goes through the hazard switch.
The symptoms you are describing can be caused by the flasher module, however, it could also be caused by the hazard switch.

I have Kia sephia 2001 and the signal lights are sometine working and somtime not working, what can be the problem?

MOST LIKELY, IT IS A BAD TURN SIGNAL FLASHER UNIT. TO LOCATE THE UNIT TURN ON THE TURN SIGNALS & LOOK FOR THE CLICKING SOUND, PROBABLY A SMALL BLACK UNIT, IT MAY BE IN THE FUSEBOX.

My turn signals and 4 ways stay on, they do not blink, on my 1998 kia sephia

The Flasher Relay is defective, replace it. It is located on the driver's side, behind the instrument panel, mounted on upper corner of dash. Purchase a new one so you will know what it looks like. May net be exactly the same but will be very similar.
