1998 Jeep Wrangler. Airbag light is on and the horn does not work. Have checked, replaced airbag fuses.

You have a bad "clockspring" inside the steering wheel. A bit complex to write it all out and if I forget anything the bag could deploy in your face while changing it out. You can find detailed instructions for that job in both chilton or haynes manuals.

My horn broke ive been trying to fix it and i think its the relay while looking my fuse box does not have a relay in the abs pump and the abs do i need those relays its a jeep wrangler 1999 sahara

If you often have the top down, it may be the electrical connection between the steering wheel and the steering column. The horn on my '97 wrangler quit working and my mechanic said it was probably due to dirt. All you have to do is remove the airbag and then the steering wheel and you will see a round plastic part that the horn button and airbag plug into. If you aren't getting any electricity to those plugs, that's probably your problem. That plastic piece is what you would need to replace and it should be available at your dealership.

97 jeep wrangler sport, mechanic changes clutch

If the pilot bearing was the problem it would make noise with the clutch pushed and go away when you let it out. Have you checked the fluid level in the transmission?

97 jeep wrangler starts then stops right away, I can give it gas and get the rpms up then it just stops. I have already replaced the spark plugs, fuel injectors the wires and the rotor cap and rotor. Even...

I had the same problem with my 1997 Wrangler. I seem to of solved this by turning the ignition to off then depressing the lock on the immobilizer. Then waited for about 10-15 seconds after the red light on the dash quit blinking fast . Then I hit the unlock on the immobilizer and the Jeep started and ran ok. I guess the immobilizer is the culprit and it doesn't unlock initially

Seat belt indicator

look under the drivers seat there is a plug that may be unplugged or broken this is what tells the light to stay on plug it in or try unplugging it and see what happens, on some of the 200 and up models the seat belt light may have some affect on airbags working properly, I have not found this to be the case on 97 model.
