sounds like the drivers temp door actuator is not working should be located on the drivers side of the air box down by the gas pedal or center dash area.

1998 buick park avenue 82537 miles driving along at 65 miles per hour service engine light comes on about every half a second it would beep shortly there after the engine started to surge and still going...

first check there is spark at the spark plugs, if ok check fuel pressure and fuel flow, if ok check injector pulse by holding while the starter is engaged. One of the above will be at fault.

I have a 1998 buick park ave ultra and the driver side air blows heat and the pass side blows cold

assuming you have an electronic controlled (digital) dual zone system, it is most likely your heater blend door motor has failed, check and see which side is operating and buy the one you need and replace, it has 2 or 3 screws on the side, i think size is 4.5 mm or 5.5 mm and you have to take off lower plastic cover under dash and remove screws which go on horizontally... install heater door with temp swithched to the middle, move door to middle, if not you need to place new motor into plug before installing and turn temp to cold, then turn by hand the white blend door tube to match motor then install... make sure you turn off ignition when working,,,

My back windows wont go up and the doors wont lock. door ajar light pops on

Will the windows go up and or lock from the respective doors? Is this the master control on the driver that does not respond? If so remove the driver door panel ( see 97 Park Ave door lock for instructions ) and check the wireing harness located under the switch control panel, make sure all are pluged in well and are not damaged. If the wireing harness is in good repair You might want to check salvage yards for the appropiate control switch replacement. ( watch them remove it from the junker and you'll know how to install it )
