Pull off one injector connector and use a test light or voltmeter to see if one wire has power with key on.
Power to the injectors is fed through the ignition switch, so with key on, you should have power there. The injector ground is inside the ECM. If you have power, you'll have to diagnose the circuit for why computer doesn't ground the circuit when it should.

1999 2door blazer installed new fuel pump 60psi when tested won't start dump gas in intake starts and shuts off ??????

Sounds like your injectors aren't opening if it holds that pressure. Get a "noid light" at parts store that fits your injector harness connection (just a few bucks). Just pull connector off injector and plug in noid light. When you crank engine, the light should blink rapidly. Try all of them, or at least one on each bank (side).
If light doesn't blink, then check your injector electrical circuit. Power to them is fed through your ignition switch, and the ecm grounds that particular injector at proper time to make injector work.

1999 chev blazer won't start new fuel pump

So, do you hear the pump buzz on, when key is on? If that's good, then check your ignition circuit: check for spark at a plug. Use insulated pliers, hold end of plug wire 1/4 inch form engine bolt or ground source. When cranked, you should see a bright blue spark. Yes? Try another plug wire, too. No? Try another plug wire. If you have NO spark, could be your coil, coil pack, crank position sensor, ignition module. I would recommend using a diagnostic flow-chart to go through the ignition circuit. That way, you are not replacing unecessary parts_Expensive! Of course, if you have spark at plugs, your ignition circuit is good! Then you have to look further, like your injector circuit. Good luck.

My 94 s10 blazer won't start. Turns over hard. Pulled plugs, turns over easy. ECM fuse replaced-was bad. Fuel pump good, spider gets gas on plugs, distributor was loose, good spark on plugs.Plugs back in-...

what happened the last time it ran

did it run hot or ??

Check the oil - if none -- you could have turned a bearing. In that case, the next would be a compression test.

1999 chevy tahoe wont start and if it does it dyes rite away

That sounds like a fuel pump problem and you can test that by pulling a vacuum line off from the intake manifold and spray a lot of carburetor spray or brake cleaner in a spray can into the intake manifold through the open vacuum line port (it has to say "extremely flammable" on the can to work and the non-flammable will not work for this test) and then replace the vacuum line and see if the engine will start and run for a few seconds on the spray.

If the engine does start and run then the problem will most likely be the fuel pump, however a faulty ignition module inside of the distributor could keep the fuel pump from running or the fuel injectors from firing and if there is good fuel pressure in the fuel rail, (there should be a schrader valve in the fuel rail for testing) and there is spark out to the spark plugs but the engine still will not start, then the ignition module inside of the distributor would be the likely suspect of the problem.

If the engine does not start then you will need to determine why there is no spark to the spark plugs, and most likely the problem will be the ignition coil or the ignition module inside of the distributor, or there could also be a problem with the ECM (Engine Control Module).

Replaced the manifold gasket on 2000 blazer it is getting fuel (preesure is 65 lbs) it is also getting spark. 100 percent positive that the distributor is on number 1 at tdc (it is pointing to the #1...

You said your getting 65psi for fuel pressure, if that's what your getting for fuel pressure then it's to much the truck is dumping fuel and drowing out the plugs that's why it won't start. Fuel prssure should read 30psi at start then when the motor is started it should still read 30psi until you give if gas then the pressure will go to 40psi being the max.
