the crank position sensor is located on transmission housing near the top at back of engine. this is for a 97 but yours should be the same. if not there, check left side rear of engine. good-day!
There are 2 o2 sensors on the caravan upstream+downstream
The downstream sensor is located on the exaust pipe at the
converter. As I don't know what engine you have, the upstream
sensors are located as follows
2.4 on exaust manifold firewall side of engine
3.0 on manifold near alternator
3.3+3.8 center of manifold firewall side
For1991 Dodge Truck Caravan 4WD 3.3L MFI 6cylthe Crankshaft Position Sensor is located:
Under hood, center, rear engine area, where transaxle bellhousing meets engine, mounted in engine block.

this is what your check engine light was telling you. code 12 battery input was disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles. code 54 no camshaft signal detected during engine cranking. code 55 completion of fault code display on check engine lite. hope this will help you!! note: camshaft sensor is located in distributor on 3.0liter engine and on a 3.3liter and 3.8 liter engines its located next to the thermostat housing.
It is stuck in bellhousing of the transmission near the rear head. The new crank sensor will come with a piece of gasket paper on the end of the sensor. Install the sensor all the way in against the pick-up wheel. When you crank the engine the wheel will rip off the paper and the adjustment will be correct.
