My 2007 Chrysler Pacifica is leaking coolant. It started about a week after I had my oil changed. It seems to be coming from the under the drivers side.

This is common water pump failure on the pacifica, the bearings start to leak. Since it is ran off the timing belt it is very common for the coolant to eat away at the timing belt, once that belt breaks your engine is destroyed. This is not a repair that is OK to put off, replace the water pump timing belt and tensioner
Are you sure its the hose if so the are clamped on with ether spring loaded clamps which should be replaced with ones that are able to be tightened but check for radiator leak or if not sure also check water pump
It could be an oil leak in your head gasket. when oil and water mix in your motor the result is a milky grey substance, I have only seen it in the block oil pan, not the coolant resevior.
It is a possibility that the leak may come from bad seals from the water pump or a bad water pump. If you also observe bubble in the coolant inside the radiator when the car is running or water coming out of the exhaust you may have a bad head gasket. The coolant comes out of the bad part of the head gasket near the outside which lets water outside the engine as well.
Make sure that you confirm this, as sometimes (not often) water/coolant can travel uphill....i would strongly suggest using a good torch and hand held mirror to trace the coolant's path, so as to avoid misdiagnosis.
It is for an oil change mainly and any other service your maintenance manual suggests at the mileage interval. It needs to be reset after each oil change to be accurate.
