If the right turn signal stays lit at all times then there must be a short between the switch and the flasher or the flasher and the right side bulbs.

My front windshield washer is not working. I opened the pump wires & checked them with my battery terminals & the nozzles sprayed fluid on my windshield.

Its possible your multifunction switch aka turn signal switch is at fault. R&r it and keep me informed; if you want to.

Left and right turn signals do not work. Hazard flashers work, turn signal fuse intact. where could the problem be?

Check the indicator switch, that seems to be all that is left in the system, except the flasher relay, depending on whether the vehicle uses the same one for the hazards or not.

What size are the bolts on the radiator of a 1997 Mitsubishi Montero

As its a Mitsubishi, its an eastern manufactured car - so were talking mm's.

The bolts won't be Imperial or any other outdated threadgauge - only millimetres.

So no Whitworth's, Inches, BA, BS, BSP or any other thread gauge.

See if your local motor factor does a mm selection, mine does - most sizes and lengths, try them out first, get the right fit and sort your problem.

Left turn signal wont turn off and right one wont turn on.

You need to replace the blicker switch. The metal contact on your blinker switch is not being moved when you switch it over because its a little plastic bump that snapped off. You'll have to take the plastic molding around your steering column off before you do this. Most screws are behind plastic plugs in the molding that hide the screws.
