The first thing I would do is disconnect the negative battery cable so everything can reset itself...leave it disconnected for 3 minutes then reconnect..I have seen this type problem before and this has cured it..clear all codes before you do this..Clear the codes dont start it then disconnect the cable...Try this and get back to me..........Hope this helps..........................Metalpoet
Check speed sensor,if it isn't reading correctly it might cause the check engine light to come on,the fan running could also ,you might check the coolant sensor,and mabe the thermostat for the fan,as for the dome light, maybe a fuse?, or the bulb blown?
the speed sensor ,(maybe ) might cause the shift points to be differant if it's reading the speed incorrectly.
