Can't locate fuse panel for 2004 Toyota Corolla under steering wheel. The car radio, clock and lighter are not working.

Fuse panel is located at the left end of the dash behind a door. The fuse you need to check is marked CIG and is a 15A fuse.

The fuse in postion 32 (15 Amp) in the box under the dash by the steering wheel also powers your cigarette lighter and radio also powers the clock. If only the clock is dead then it is not a fuse issue. This is a very common problem with the 96-05 Corolla clocks. The clocks are very prone to internal failure. fuses are located under the dash on the driver's side. you have to lay on your back to see the fuse box. its black about 1" x 6". have a flashlight handy. The fuse box lid has a fuse map on it.

there is a fuse box under the dash on the drivers side. it is very hard to reach. it is located above your left knee when you are seated in the drivers seat. lay on your back, look up under the dash, use flashlight. The lid for the fuse box has a diagram showing which fuse goes to the radio.

mine did the same thing. the fusebox for that is under the steering wheel.

Under the dash, under steering wheel to the left. Also check the fuse box under the hood over the drivers side wheel well.

Also, for radio, cigarette, and others: behind the "storage only" box left of steering wheel. Pull that door open, up and out.
