Fuse box diagram (location and assignment of electrical fuses and relays) for Chrysler Town & Country (Voyager) (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007).
First check fuse #14 & #19 in the under hood fuse/relay box. If either is bad, replace the fuse. This may fix your problem. Each power lock actuator [solenoid motor ] has a built in circuit breaker. The actuators are controlled by the BCM [Body Control Module, aka Body computer] To do further troubleshooting will require a computer scan tool.
Look under dash on drivers side, for a black removable plastic panel, that covers the fuse panel. Also, depending on what fuse your looking for, there should be a fuse/relay box under hood on drivers side near strut tower. The map for the one under the hood, is usually on underside of cover.
Two things to try, If you have a second origional key try that first. If the problem still persists, you will need to take the vehicle to a reputable garage to have the problem diagnosed. You could have a bad key and the theft deterent system is causing the problem or it could be a bad ignition switch or start relay.
