Where is 2002 gmc envoy airbag module located???

Reset airbag light ????? Light on ,problem with the system , DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes set in air bag control module . Have the codes diagnosed ,fix the problem an the light will reset it's self . Your best bet ,take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop.

You can also file a complaint online! Though it has not gotten to the point of them issuing a recall, This is from December, 2014! Hope this helps.

Do you want to deploy airbag? if so it is very dangerous. But if you have about two wires 20 feets each long.connect to airbag module an at the other end connect to a good battery. watch it ,a big boom. if it is a tree wires there is two stage airbag and you have to connect the other stage. To my knowledge make it do it from a technician

you may have a problem with the air bagcontrol module. it is located under the center consel. some times the wire gets hit

Wow, that's expensive. $600 sure sounds like the air bag module itself. The air bag "sensors" located at the front near the radiator hold downs, there's 2 of them are around $45 each.

swap it with another and check the code again to ensure that it is coil pack 3. This car doesn't have adiquate sensors to diagnose this properly and may indicate the wrong coil. Yes this is comon, its happened to me and I have the same make and model.

check the sensor of the airbag it might be loose or the light on the cluster

use a blow tourch and carve a hole next to the doors
