SOURCE: my dashboard gauges don't work
Needs a new instrument cluster circuit board. (most likely) Or a bad fuse for the cluster itself.

Sounds like you have a broken wire. Check the wires under the fuse panel under the hood. Its a problem with Chrysler mini vans and it might be the same here.

have you got a dimmer switch on your model to dim the dash lights. if you have it may be faulty. link the cables together if the lights work the switch is faulty. if you have not got a dimmer switch
your printed circuit on the back of the dash may be faulty or the plug in the back of the dash is not pushed all the way in. hope this helps
SOURCE: why doesn't my dashboard gauges work
I just fixed this on my '96 Voyager. The problem was caused by a loose pin where the wiring harness plugs into the circuit board behind the gauges. It takes a little work to get the instrument cluster out of the car and then some soldering skills. Look for where the plug pins are attached to the back of the circuit board. One pin on mine showed a little circle shaped crack. Re solder the loose pin and you are good to go. Actually I re soldered all 13 pins just in case.

Fuel gauge, is fuel sending unit or gauge itself.
Air bag could be a faulty clock spring, bad bag, bad module, or something else. Air conditioner I would need to know what is not working right to elaborate on that.
