Well the code is for a problem with the MAP sensor circuit. The sensor measures engine vac.
The sensor would need to be tested and replaced if faulty. It could also be a vac leak somewhere.

Probably two different issues.

The code is saying the computer sees the engine RPM is too high when shifting between park neutral and drive.
The rough idle would be something else.

easy fix, go to local parts store, a special socket is needed to do the job!

could damage the transmission. the soliniod is like $50 on ebay. and a mechanic will charge a few 100 to do the job

change the air fow senser.

PO135 is oxygen sensor Bank1 sensor1. PO404 is EGR.
personally, I'd pull EGR off, clean pintle good with throttle body cleaner or carb cleaner, re-install, erase codes & try it for a while & see if it code(s) come back.
