If possible, pull the horn relay, use jumper wire on switch side of relay, right side in diagram. If the horn sounds, it's not the fuse. Sometimes these diagrams don't post, for some reason? good luck

A/C compressor clutch relay ? Do you know what that is ? Which fuse is your vehicle blowing , A/C fuse # 32 10 amp .located in the under hood fuse box ? The relay is also in the underhood fuse box . When does the fuse blow ? as soon as you turn on the A/C ? Looking at a wiring will show place's in the circuit to do some testing ! Do you know how to test for a short in an electrical circuit ? How to use a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ?

Don't listen to people , test it !

The fuel pump relay is under the hood right next to the fuel pump fuse, both are clearly marked. The under-hood fuse and relay center is on the drivers side it is a large black plastic box. I think you will find that you need a new pump and a new fuel pump connector at the fuel tank. Have a trained technician confirm this before replacing any parts, the fuel pump is very expensive.
