92 toyota 4runner sr5 wont start battery good no head,dash,brake light will not turn over no radio wipers. but side markers and door lights work? turn key on some lights come on in dash. my daughter said that the battery tie down touched the positive post and she said it sparked real good. checked the fuses inside the cab all good checked on the wires next to the battery two were burned change them still the same checked fuses on fender well they were good so i am stumped what do you think is wrong?

There are fuses and relays everywhere. You need an auto electrician.

Sounds as if you have a fusible link going bad. Headlamps run through different circuit.

When you are talking about "indicators" we could assuming that your are refer about signal lights. This work with "flashers" devices.

For 1996 Audi A4 2.8L SFI 6cyl the Flasher is located in front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind dash lower panel, mounted above driver side of steering column.

check tail , brake and courtesy fuses , in engine compartment fuse box , and driver side fuse box under dash

bought new alternator and battery. This fixed the dash lighting up like a christmas tree. Park brake still stays on. However, there is no lights when driving at night in the dash (unable to see speedo, revs etc) and no light to interior light, original clock or anything. Any suggestions????

On the passenger side in the engine there is a sensor near the radiator. If you look down just under the battery there is a gray or white 2-wire plug, that wire gets carroded from the battery and breaks off sometime take a look if it is you will see it. If you can't see a clean brake then pull (lightly) on it see if it puuls out, if it does there is the problem. Good Luck

check fuses first

You have a blown fuse for the brake lights. The shifter will not come out of park if the brake lights do not work. The crusie will not work, either. I will bet that there is a short in your trailer wiring, and it popped the brake light fuse. Easy to check; get in, start it up, push the brake.
