With that many codes and those specific codes I would suggest finding a reputable transmission shop. I suspect either a wiring issue or a bad trtransmission control module. A good shop should be able to determine which in just a couple hours or so.

The po700 codes are transmission related ( turbine codes ) if I recall. Usually the tranny control module will put the tranny in 2nd gear which will give you the sluggish feeling. I would suggest having a tranny pro look into this and isolate the problem for you
