I have a 1995 Oldsmobile 88 and I think my o2 senors are shot. Few questions. How many o2 sensors are on the olds 88? How can I tell which one is bad if there's more than 1? Should I just replace all? Where is it/they located? My husband says he knows where 1 is, but not certain if more. Last can bad o2 sensors mimic cat converter issues? Some say my cat is bad, others say the o2 sensor.

I have a 1995 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight Royale and the trunk light only works during the day and doesn't work at night!

There are a few potential causes for the trunk light in a 1995 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Royale not working at night. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Check the trunk light bulb to make sure it is not burnt out or loose.
  2. Check the fuse for the trunk light in the fuse box. If the fuse is blown, it will need to be replaced.
  3. Inspect the wiring for the trunk light for any damage or lose connections.
  4. Check the trunk light switch to make sure it is functioning properly.
  5. If the issue persists, you may need to have the electrical system in the trunk inspected and repaired by a professional mechanic.
I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask.

91 olds 88 Royale misses, pops and lacks Power after Repairing code 41 and 13. New Magnet and new O2 sensor. now giving code 13 again. runs Horribly Rough.

Check for a vacuum leak. 13 is oxygen? If so, it may be a leak. If not, it may be a bad plug. Have you changed anything? Tried to get a code?

Replacing speedometer cable

I do not believe there is a speedometer cable in a 1992 Olds. I think that you have a speed sensor that transmits to the speedometer via two wires. The speed sensor is mounted near the drive shaft where two magnets transmit rotation speed to the sensor.
