Jeep Grand Cherokee 1994

I am unable to get my jeep to start. I have a new battery and have checked for any alternator problem (there is'nt one). No problems with any cables that I can find. All dash and car lights come on, it just won't start up. Any suggestions?

Take your key go back to the back and put key in latch in back and reset your security. My Jeep does the same thing.

Sometimes the switch for the automatic tran (gearshift) will not work. wiggle it in parking or start it in neutral and see if that will do the trick

Install a new crank shaft sensor. I had the same problem with my wife's Jeep. It would run fine fore days at a time then quit. When the crank sensor goes out their is no spark or injection of fuel into the engine. This is a Hall Sensor. They can be intermittent, and affected bu heat. If your Jeep will not start, try freeing the sensor and see if it starts. Cold Freeze is used in electronics to test

94 Jeep Grand Cherokee will not start

Sounds like the inline fuse popped. It is located in the wire that comes from the alternator to the battery. The alternator is sending out the juice, but it can't make it to the battery. I sincerely hope that this gets you on the road again. Best wishes and God Bless.
