1995 Plymouth Gran Voyager LE 3.3L. Just replaced A/C compressor with new as well other component parts. A/C unit will not shut off. Have checked all switches. Power to relay does not stop even when disconnecting the various switches ( low pressure, high pressure and dash control). Suggestion is the PCM is at issue.

Remove the cowling that the windshield wipers go through.
This piece is removable. On my ford the wiper motor comes off with the cowling.
This is the trick.

if thi plymouth voyager as a 3.3l eng it does not have a timing belt it as a timing chain does not require any maintenace as all like the good ol days ..if it as a 3.0l eng then it as a rubber timing belt that control the valve timing that reqires replacing every 80 to 100, 000 miles make sure you know what engine this van as if its a 3,3l it wi say it on top of intake or 3.5l is the same they both have chain ...3.0l does have a timing BELT

NApa AUTO PARTS SELLS A REPLACEMENT ,BY PASS PULLEY TO PUT IN PLACE OF YOUR AC COMPRESSOR,AND USE YOUR BELT.

i would ck timing & replace spark plugs any way,,still should ck fuel pressure,,at fuel rail,,,

probably is but!! check the shift solenoid pack on the front of the tranny !! sits on top and on the front side i seen many of them get crack by some idiot in a salvage in too big of a hurry pulling them out! or some dumb//azz installing them and rupturing the shft pack!

Check connections on IAC or AIS motor. Same thing.
If connection is o.k. try pulling IAC off & cleaning it & port it came out of with throttlbody spray cleaner, and re-install & try it again.
