code p1671 refers to camshaft position actuator---range /performance problem===causes--wiring ---camshaft position actuator(sensor)
replace the actuator.
If you try to start your car on very low battery voltage it happen that the car forgets immobilizer codes (key is no longer programmed to the car). If that happened, you need to contact Volvo dealer to program the key back to the car.
2000 Volvo S 70 with code po220, this code is for the TPS1. you will need to have the throttle position sensor (TPS) tested , a scan tool will be very helpful with this, i would have a shop look at it and test it,
You may need to have it replaced or adjusted if adjusting can be done, sometimes the tps is non-adjustable , the wiring will also need to be checked and tested, good day.
