I bypassed the aircon when I replaced the drive belt for my 1999 isuzu trooper. I bought the drive belt part without aircon. Because of this, I was not able to follow the routing diagram. Will this cause me problems? The drive belt size I used is 13/16" X 80-3/4" OC. The re-route consisted of routing the belt from the power steering pump to the fan pulley thereby bypassing the aircon. I had to do this since my A/C compressor was frozen and the car would not crank over when starting. The diagram you posted matches my drive belt routing. Not sure if the added tension will damage the other pulleys and/or components serviced by the drive belt.

    I replaced mine with an 80.5" belt and the tension is just fine. The tension pulley has a lot of room to work with slack and/or tightness to prevent any damage to other pulleys. Cheers.

It can damage the parts that keep the tires on our car if you don't get the CV axles replaced. You should take your car to a mechanic to replace the axles.

1999 Isuzu Trooper door won't open
those door latches use a very tense spring that engage the closing mechansim. If the handle lifts without any restiction at all,,the sping is missing...if the handle when pulled or lifted offers slight resistance,this means it is very weak and needs replaced. it does not have enough rigidity to release the lock works from the lock pin that is fixed to the inside door facing.
