SOURCE: Where is bank 2 sensor 1 for Lexus is 350,
Hi!!
"V" Type Engines (V6, V8, V10, V12) are divided into 2 BANKS, BANK 1 is the side where spark plug #1 is, BANK 2 is where the Last spark plug is. Usually the #1 plug is in the driver's side of the engine.
Good Luck!! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa!!
SOURCE: where is bank 1
find which side cylinder 1 is that is bank 1 and sensor 1 is in that exhaust pipe when you follow it from the manifold to where the sensor is.
SOURCE: My Check Engine light came
bank 1 is the side cylinder 1 is on.sensor 1 is the first sensor in the exhaust on that bank from the manifold.cylinder 1 is the most forward cylinder on the motor when you look across the motor at the front of it to see which head/vlave cover is farthest forward.
