have the charge rate checked , should be between 13 and 14 volts

Electrical problems

have a load test done on the battery for failing cell and have the output of the alternator checked as if the battery is faulty then the alternator has trouble supplying enough current to run every thing electrical

Battery light, ABS light, and Oil light flashes on and off when driving the car. Dash lights,front marker lights, and tail lights will not come on until the car is warmed up.

Electrical problems are hard to fix. You need a voltage test for the charging system and a battery test.

The oil light, abs light, are not hooked up to the turn signals. Never heard of balance of lights coming on in that manner.

The heater fan, headlights, and wipers will slow if the charging system can not keep up. Battery light is accurate to show discharge.

Trans shifts can be affected by voltage. Some transmissions use electric solenoids to shift and they mix voltage to get different gears.

could be the torque converter staying locked up and the emissions are the only reason for the light to come on , there could be other mmalfunctions will set with out a light ,but the torque converter clutch could lock up and cause the engine to stall while slowing down . get that checked out first .

That would be an indication your alternator may be having issues (or the battery with storing power). The light is basically connected to the +12 output from the alternator and the +12 post of the battery. When there's enough voltage difference between the two, the light will glow.
I recommend getting your battery and alternator tested at a place such as advance auto and see which is causing the issue

Idle Problem when you slow down of come to a stop idle goes low

THis has happened to me in the past. My fix was to clean the throttle body. The problem began after my battery died. The computer was defaulted back to its original settings after replacing the battery. Once I cleaned the throttle body, everything was fine. This happened at about 85,000 miles.

Does it have a brand new alternator and battery? It definetly sounds like an alternator. Look for shorts and check the power cables connections and ground.

Sounds like you alternator has a low voltage output at idol to be sure of this take you car to any auto parts store and have them perform a on car alternator test that should confirm my suspicion of the alternator
