I would have to agree. The ignition switch is most likely the problem. If you replace it then you should solve the problem. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. I hope this helps you out.

Today, when I used the combination/multifunction switch in my 2007 Jeep Patriot Limited the blinkers, headlights, and wipers would not turn on. Additionally, the blinkers would not show up on the dashboard...

I would check the wire harness plug for the combination switch where it connects to the vehicle harness under the dash. A bad flasher unit would not affect the by DNSUnlocker"> headlights or thearrow-10x10.png wipers. You can rule that out. More likely is a loose connection.

Turn signals not working on my 98 Mustang. Hazards work fine. Already replaced the multifunction switch. Didn't help.

Sounds more like the flasher to me,in the drivers side fuse panel
square box ,looks like a relay , 5 male spade connectors on back.

Brake lights wont come on unless my bright headlights are on

By the discription just about the only thing it could be is the multifunction switch, this is the turnsignal, wiper, blinker, bright light, and cruise if it has it switch. And it is not verry simple to replace. The steering colum needs to be taken apart to replace.
