When these problems usually occur, your battery is so weak your car won't start. Check your battery, the connections to the battery (anything loose, etc.). Don't forget to disconnect the ground (-) wire first if you decide to removed the battery connections and re-install the ground wire last to prevent risks of shorting the (+) pole of the battery to the chassis if you do it the other way around.
Did the car show any signs of a charging problem (alternator circuit, etc.) ? If not, I would suspect the battery, I've seen it before and yes they can be good, and "die" just like that without showing any signs of fading before failing.

the battery is and alt. is good, i think it's electical problems, it also idles rough, and sometimes shut off
I examined the wiring diagrams deeper, and one thing common to the dome light, radio system, lock/unlock electrical system is the ETACS electronic control unit on the Galant 2001. I also looked it up on the internet, it has been known to cause problems of that nature on several vehicle models, including Mitsubishi.
