Whats the torque sequence for 95 honda civic dx 1.6 v-tec motor?

Torque sequence's are just common sence.
LOOK at the shape the lenght of the bolts tighten in the sequence that would be the best for the situation you are looking at .
Start in the middle most times never tighten all the way do it in steps bring it down evenly 3 to 4 times around every bolt incresing levels every time .
Use a torque wrench to finish.
If you are dealing with heads you will likely have to lossen and retighten to compress the gasket correctly

Trying to replace ignition, trying to remove the old ignition.

This is not hard to do, first remove all the steering column plastic, then you'll see two bolts with no heads on them. Take a chisel and a hammer and loosen the bolts, counterclockwise. Install the same way except the new lock assembly will have reverse hex screws you torque down until the heads break off. good luck.
